The constitutional standard of law 100/1993 amended by law 5/1993 concerning the democracy of vocational associations

This booklet is the first cooperation between LCHR and Hisham Mubarak Center that aims to improve the working mechanisms of constitutional cases in Egypt. The two centres have real achievements in the field of appealing the unconstitutionality of some articles before the Supreme Constitutional Court. This cooperation is coroneted with organizingthe two workshops held in Hisham Mubarak Center in 18^th of Sep and 9^th of Oct under the title “mechanisms of cases of constitutionality and freedoms in Egypt“. This activity aims to improve the impeachment mechanisms and removing the problems that lawyers and activists working in these cases face in Egypt. This booklet reviews the impeachment presented by Esam el Selamboly (lawyer) against the unconstitutionality of law 100/1993 amended by law 5/1995 because of its violation for articles 194/17/65/64/62/40/8 of the Egyptian constitution issued in 1971.
