Who did kill and is still killing the Egyptian people

"We need a press that enhances the role of the state, and activates the role of supervisory organs; we mean free and decent press, not press that adopts principle of excitement to reveal the society defects; whether in government or in citizen. In fact, the citizen must know that the main reason of his setbacks is a citizen like him, not the government. Farmers, who irrigated vegetables and fruits with sewage water and wastewater, are responsible for poisoning all the Egyptians. The press must confront those corrupts and show how criminals they are, as they committed crimes against the entire Egyptian people. They are not victims of the Egyptian regime or government; they harm the health of Egyptian people. As a result, we are working in our ministry to pass new deterrent rules against those farmers."
By those words, Mr. Mohamed Nasr El-Din Allam, Minister of irrigation and water resources, started his spontaneous non-humanitarian speech in an interview with one of Cairo daily newspapers, where it missed the minimum requirements of press morality and literature rules in media. He, also, didn't show any responsibility as a minister who represents all Egyptian sectors.
The minister accused farmers with poisoning the entire Egyptian society, even he described them with the worst description ever; when he called them criminals with no fault from them, or crime committed by them. The Egyptian government is the real killer of Egyptian people; the government failed to do perform its duties, it kept all sorts of corruption unravel. It is the same government that constitutes a source of pride for the honorable minister. Thanks to its genius policy, the government has achieved the highest rates of cancer patients in the Arabic region, where Egypt is under threat to enter the fifth and final level "the red spot" in 2020, according to World Health Organization, where 426 people from each thousand is expected to be cancer living under this policy.
The minister continued ripping the farmers harshly, that he is preparing a new law to prison farmer, without paying any attention to the circumstances of farmers that lead them to do so.
So, the land centre in wondering: Did the honorable minister of irrigation forget, or pretended to forget, that he is an Egyptian citizen in the first place? How can he accuse the Egyptian citizen, and criticize him saying that the main barrier of the Egyptian citizen it another Egyptian citizen, not the government? The minister incites the Egyptian citizens against each others. How does he, simply, clear the charge of Egyptian members of government from any responsibility of this heinous crime, that is committed, predominantly, against farmers themselves, as they work in unfit and unsafe environment that threats their life and future, exposing them to many dangerous diseases? Secondly, the government denied giving the minimum rights that should be granted by any government to its citizens; providing the basic infrastructural services, including clean water, sewage, and health care, so citizen can live safely.
The minister had the audacity of insulting the farmers, who are considered as the poorest sector of the Egyptian society, sector that suffers the lowest standard of living, may be in the whole world, in spite of being the sector that produces for the minister and the entire Egyptians the food they live at. This sector directly contributes, also, in developing the national economy, by providing the row agricultural materials used in different industrial processes.
Land centre stresses that problem is cause by government department, in the first place. And the government kills and causes diseases for Egyptians by its improper conduct, which lacks the basic rules of transparency, accountability and integrity.
In addition, the Egyptian government committed many violations to the framework against corruption, signed by Egypt in 2003, where we can find many serious violations to the71 clauses of the agreement, committed by Egypt, putting it in a precarious situation.
The centre confirms that the minister denied the virtues of the Egyptian farmer since the down of history and till now, as he distorted its past and future, and abused it badly, where he said, he is preparing a law to imprison them. Centre also mentions the painful reality that poor farmers suffer, living in a miserable environment. The minister can not bear this painful reality for few hours, whereas farmer has patience and hope for better tomorrow.
This hope is the deriving force and the big motive that motivate farmer to spare no effort, despite cruel intention farmer lives and works at, leaving behind him all irresponsible polemics caused by red and green collars rich people in government, who eat with golden spoon, live in palaces and ride expensive cars.
Finally, Land centre directs thanks and appreciations to our grandfather, fathers and sons from the farmers - who wrote the finest epics of Egypt's modern history at all levels – who are the owners of glory, dignity and pride, telling them that they are the source of honor and pride of Egypt; the real Egypt, not the ministers' one.
May the real Egypt be foreseeable for us, may our country be cleared of the power of tyranny and dictatorship. May the sun rise in Egypt; the country that is always proud, happy, caring, and securing the happiness and health for its brown peasant sons. It is the country that always works on achieving qualities of human rights, in a just environment.
