In El Demrdash Hospital, who can revive a child, give him back both his eyes sight and conscious?
Land Center received a complaint from Citizen Abdullah Al Mamoun, who works as the headmaster of Miit Sharaf middle school- Dekerness educational department, Dakahlia province- after he was subjected to abuse of Dekerness educational administration, for standing against the rampant corruption in the education administration. The above mentioned citizen is on a food strike since Saturday October 10th.2009. to stop abusive transfer decision against him, says the citizen "I reported a complain to the educational administration department against a veiled female school teacher who called me names in front of my students and this incident has not been investigated until today, despite the fact of the passage of nearly two years, and although I am the school principal!!
At the same time, the veiled female school teacher excavating the note against me accusing me of the outrageous accusations, which were investigated by the investigator with the beard who is called Ramadan from the legal affairs department, which were all proven to be malicious complaint, yet it has not been saved yet and decision has not been announced officially, and this is to guarantee protection the veiled school teacher against false complains punishments and to make me lose my rights and waste my dignity as School Headmaster between the beard and the veil as if we were in "Tora Bora" and not Dekerness, which is still a civil government in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and that is also published and announced in the Egyptian Constitution, the morning newspapers and school songs.
It also proved to be very clear abuse of Dekerness department when one of the parents filed a complaint against me, accuses me of morals behavior which after investigation by the Administrative Prosecution proved to be false accusations and it has been saved and I was not told that decision was to dismiss the case, because the complaint was a relative of Mr. "General Director of Dekernes educational departments" and the were trying to stop me from reporting to prosecution against his false claims to me.
To complete the cycle of abuse against me, the educational administration of Dekerness, When I punished a school teacher who was responsible for editing forms of salaries for teachers, and she was very negligent of her work, which was the peak when the salary has been edited to a staff director of the school, who was outside of the school since almost two years without rights, so the administration department settled the matter payment of the amounts she cashed for the absent employee, and my punishment to her for being so negligent was faced by desirability and anger from the educational department, punishing for mistakes and negligence became a crime and letting corrupted people roam and destroy our values, our schools and our society is a normal expected thing.
Citizen adding sadly “before all of the mentioned above and instead of supporting me and raising the curtain on windows of corruption, the educational department management surprised me by the administrative order to transfer me from the school, under pressures from his friends and corruption supporters, to clear the site for another school deputy who will be under the commands of the Director’s friends and his elections campaign servers.
The citizen wonders:
- Isn’t it the right of the responsible people to raise their voices against corruption, injustice and neglect, without fearing negative impacts?.
- Is it acceptable that the fate of a school headmaster being decided - at night - in the meetings of companionship and friends in coffee shops, and getting a decision of being transferred without justification and contrary to the interests of school students and education?.
- Wasn’t worthy of Mr. General Director-to ask the headmaster or question him about any of his work errors incase there were any, or is re-assigning to other schools guarantee distribution of management defects to all other schools?.
- Is it reasonable to contribute in the loss of rights and help in the celebration of indigenous offenders and their crimes because of their friendships with Mr. General Director and politicize the process of education?
- Is the loss of the educational leaders’ dignity and humiliation those ways for the best interest of corrupted people will contribute to the stability of the educational process? Or this is their concept of quality education, which brings us to the old times of backwardness and ignorance?
Abdullah Al Mamoun –the school principal on food strike, who is currently hospitalized in Dekernes Hospital- finishing his complain, saying :-
I am holding to my right of staying on my food strike until I prove that I do not deserve this abuse and transfer, I need investigation and incidents to be re-checked by legal counsel from outside the education department of Dekerness, which I can no longer trust anyone of them - and if they prove my guilt, I am ready to be segregated, incase I was proven right, please question all the responsible people under the leadership of the General director, who put aside all the assets of governance conformity to obey the wishes of his friends.
the land center present the citizens’ complaint – the school principal on food strike- to HE Minister of Education, kindly asking him to cancel the decision of transferring him, as it lost the legality corner, it is void and contrary to law, Constitution and includes abuse and diversion of power and contrary to the principles of the Supreme Administrative Court with regard to transfer, thus ensuring the rule of law and respect for the rights of teachers on the opportunities of decent work and the rights of our students for good education.
