A letter from a citizen of the hamlet of the Wronged called "Hagag" "The people are boiling with anger from the severity of injustice."

Dear Mr. President, we the people of the hamlet of the Wronged, have been discriminated by the various governmental administrations throughout the history of Egypt, even in the choosing of the name of our small hamlet. They called it “the hamlet of the Wronged”. It is located in Armant, Qena Governorate. Fate has chosen me, from the people of the hamlet, and exposed me to all the injustices and corruption of the various administrations. Although I am working as an assistant police officer, that job was a kind of wrath on me and my family, as I don’t violate laws or take bribes, which made me a subject of mockery to my collogues and fellow officers. They wonder how could a wronged person from the hamlet of the Wronged implement justice?
I accepted my fate and the fate of my hamlet, until the house of my sister fell on her and her children. She is a widow and has five children. The kind people of the hamlet helped me and my sister until we were able to raise the rubble. They provided a meal for my sister and her children, which enabled them to continue living. I have made complaints to the competent local authorities in the Governorate to accommodate my sister's family and give them food, and blankets, but our requests and complaints were met with mockery. Because, how can a wronged person from the hamlet of the hamlet of the Wronged demand justice?
God has taken care of my sister and her children and the kind people of the hamlet have helped us provide them with the proper shelter.
Mr. President.. The injustices of the various departments and administrations, such as the agriculture, irrigation, education, and health administrations, against us our hamlet is countless, and many times we have left our fate in the hands of god to have mercy on us. But it seems that fate itself wasn’t satisfied by the injustices committed against us. It infected me with many diseases, including tuberculosis, and inflation in the left lung. My life was destroyed after my infection, because I do not have health insurance. My doctor referred me to the health insurance hospital to make an X-ray and magnetic resonance, but they said that a health insurance physician in Cairo must diagnose me and then refer me to them in order for me to make the necessary X-rays, despite the fact that they make these X-rays to acquaintances and people with money.
They have refused to make the necessary medical tests for me, despite all the complaints which I submitted to all competent bodies and began to manipulate me and mock me and my hamlet, saying to me: How can a wronged person from the hamlet of the wronged dream of justice and health?
Because all the ways and doors were blocked in front of me, I sent a complaint to the LCHR to present it to you.
On his part, the LCHR presents the letter of the citizen “Hagag Yonis”, the wronged person from the hamlet of the wronged, to the President of the Republic, so that he might find justice and fairness as an Egyptian citizen who has the right to be ensured his human rights, including the right to health care, proper treatment and safety
