A discussion seminar about the local society development association in Gezeret Beba - Beny Swief

It was held in the headquarter of the local society development association the 24th of January in Gezeret Beba - Beny Swief in the beginning of June with a group of about 30 women and girls. The meeting discussed the problems of working women in the countryside and their role in the progress and growth of the rural society. It tried to find solutions for their problems that resulted from the non-existence of working opportunities.
And the discussion was about the women's environmental problems in the village, not being provided with necessary facilities like sewage systems, clean water, health services, transportation and other basic services. They also discussed the problems that educated girls suffer from, like the non-existence of nearby working opportunities. They have to go to Bany Sweif to work in unsuitable jobs, or stay at home with no work waiting to get married and for the depression that results from this.
