Farmers' problems in Safet el Oraffa, Beni Swief province

on the 19th of May the center organized this symposium to discuss th problems of farmers in the village especially non-existence of fertilizers and seeds. The meeting reviewed other problems as marketing of some crops. The symposium highlighted the relation between some farmers, landlords and traders reviewing the different types of tenancy (third/half/forth cropping share tenancy) and the problems resulted from such deteriorated types of tenure.
