260 Trading in the territories threatens the rights of farmers and women farmers with the complicity of corruption and powerful
On 24/1/2010, Land Center held a meeting in the village of Minya Sandoub, Center of Mansoura, Daqahliya. The meeting was attended by sixty farmers and women farmers, and it addressed the problems faced by the peasants of the village, where the most notable case was the dispute over the ownership of the endowments land of more than 40 farmers and women farmers after the sale of 9 acres of endowments land in basin of Om-Zeina, at the Fatima Hanim Ismail endowment land, and the land on which the dispute raised, which is planted by the farmers and women farmers since a long time. Farmers have been shocked by the sale of nine acres of the land, performed by the endowment Authority, to the Assembly of advisers in October 2007, in a violation to the provisions of the law of the priority in sale of the initiators of the hand of farmers and peasants.
