Workshop on strategic planning Empowering women for political participation

In cooperation with the association of social justice and development, Al Ard center is holding a training workshop on "strategic planning and future vision" at 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. in the headquarters of the association of social justice and development, in the residential buildings in Nekla- Embaba- 6 October governorate.
The training will include the board members of the association, local leaders in the area, and some members of local councils of Markaz Embaba. The workshop aims at enabling the association from developing and strengthening skills, human resources and financial resources, in order to contribute to solving problems and achieving societal goals and contributing in a better world.
The training session will focus on the cases related to women rights in the local society especially that most of the trainees will be women, in an attempt from the center and the association to maximize equity values in rural societies The activities of the training day will articulate around the definition of strategic planning, its nature and the "how to" of follow up, implementation and methods of evaluation
ِThen there will be three sessions in the training day.
First session: training on future vision, formulating a mandate and four-gap analysis
Break
Second session: Training on how to analyze the external environment, analysis of concerned parties, identifying priorities, and methods of achieving the mandate.
Lunch hour
Third session: includes training on general objectives and how to set up plans and ways to implement them.
The session is then concluded by how to set the suggested framework to implement the strategic plan.
After that, the trainees are expected to implement what they were trained for in preparing the plans and projects of the association throughout the upcoming year especially those related to the improvement of the role of women in participation and enabling them to carry out their roles and live their lives with neither discrimination nor violence. The Center and the Association hope for your effective participation to improve the citizens' status and guarantee women rights.
