Registering in the Electoral Tables "January 2006"

Political participation is a guarantee to rise and develop our society, as it means participation in the decision making process and making policies. This can be done through participation in any type of elections "syndicates, associations, people's assembly, consultative council and local councils". Our voice guarantees a better representation to our interests in these corporations.
In order for us to practice our political rights through participate, first we must be registered in the voters rolls, so we must register in the electoral tables before the specified date for the elections.
Why Should we Register?
Our voices is the most important element in the whole electoral process that can influence the existence of political entities, and by voting we can choose the best and most fit candidates who can guarantee our interests.
Registration Procedures:
• Verifying the data of the ID card and birth certificate to define the police station that you are subordinate to.
• Visit the police station and ask for the elections administration.
• Ask the official for registration in the electoral tables.
• Fill out the registration form and enclose a copy of your ID card.
• Receive a pink card that you could use in all of the upcoming elections.
It is worth mentioning that all of those who exceed the age of 18 have the right to extract an electoral card, and all of those who were born between the years 1982 and 1986 have been automatically registered based on the stored records by the police stations in the constituencies where they were born. And the registration process is done for free without any tolls.
Political participation begins with registering in the electoral tables. National associations have a big role in convincing the people and building up faith once ore, in order to activate our voices to make a better society that defends our interests and move on to a better to a more just and humane future.
