Female worker’s right in the membership of syndicates

Work isn’t just standing behind machine, plow or board. But it means also that man learns that he has rights, which equals his duties and his humanity. Workers everywhere know the way through which they can organize themselves, discuss their needs and impose strongly their demands. This way is the syndicalistic organizations.
The real syndicalistic organization is the organization through which workers can express their benefits and solve their problems concerning wages’ increase, social and health insurance, decrease of work hours, etc. moreover, their regularity in syndicates and their insisting on their asking for their demands is the only way through which workers can protect their rights.
What is the role of the female worker in the syndicalistic organization??
Female workers in Egypt have tens of demands, which require strong defense in order to be achieved. For example, they need for their wages to be as equal as men wages. Moreover, they ask for unconditioned childbirth vacations in addition to existence of kindergarten for their kids that are annexed to their work. Consequently, there is no alternative solution may female workers have but to affiliate with syndicalistic organizations whether in syndicalistic committees, public syndicates or the public union. Participation of female worker hasn’t to be limited in voting only but it must extend to involve nomination for management board. Especially that the constitution and Egyptian laws permit female worker to participate in syndicalistic organizations without any restrictions.
Therefore, every female workers, who work in places in which there are workers’ syndicates, should ask for nomination dates in order to nominate themselves, solve their problems and encourage their colleagues for voting and nomination. As to female workers, who work in new places in which there are no syndicates, they must organize workers’ syndicates by informing workers with importance of syndicates that solve their problems and achieve their demands.
We have to know that syndicalistic organization is the only mechanism through which workers can protect their rights. Moreover, it is the school through which workers learn how to defend their humanistic rights. Finally, existence of female worker in syndicates is the only guarantee to improve the work conditions of women.
