Our Responsibilities Towards Our Children
This pamphlet presents different violations against children who work and those who are going astray in the streets. It shows the responsibility of the parents, the government and the society toward protecting these children and providing them with all elements for a good life.
The pamphlet shows how these children are brutally exploited, violated and deprived of their rights to health and social care, education and playing.
The pamphlet asserts that there are more than 100 million children exposed to delinquency worldwide, 250 thousand of them are in Egypt. While working children worldwide reach 200 million children, 3 million of them are in Egypt.
The pamphlet mentions that parents, governments and civil society organizations have a responsibility toward children to protect their rights, and consequently to protect our future.
