Suitable Work for Women
We mean by suitable work is that people should receive money suitable to the efforts they spend; they should have legal protection, health insurance, social security and be represented in labor syndicates. They should also take part in the decision making process and have the possibility to develop their skills.
Women still suffer from a clear discrimination in the working market. Therefore, the policies of the working market must include gender, so that women could have better chance in finding suitable jobs that provide the possibility for promotions, train and obtain new skills in order to work better, have higher education that qualifies them to work in higher positions that provide women with better income, and these policies must also provide all working forces with the necessary health precautionary measures.
All civil society organizations must spend a great deal of efforts to amend or change the policies of the working market to be equally fair for both men and women. Collective and consultative work among the organizations working in the field of women's rights will lead to guaranteeing the rights of working women who represent half the society, which will guarantee a better future for everyone.
