The right of work:
It discusses the right of farmers for suitable work. Firstly it talks about conditions of peasants in Egypt that 56.1% of them live in poverty that their number increases after applying land law no 96 of 92, it points to the role of the government towards those, who are fired from their land through providing them with legal aid and medical and social care. Under the title, “saving work opportunity for farmer is legal demand”; the pamphlet narrates the articles of international treaty and the Egyptian constitution that support this right. Finally it points to the steps that should be followed during introducing cases that enable the farmers to demand their right of work and have damages after firing them from their lands, it invites to delete law 96 of 92 because of its illegality against the Egyptian constitution and international treaties of human rights.
