It begins with a definition for this right then it discusses the importance of political participation especially with shortage of the government in protecting the rights of citizens in work, education, house, etc. about the legal frame of this right, it shows the articles of the Egyptian laws and constitution, in addition to the international treaties
that are interested in this right the pamphlet asserts the role of the public affairs administration in monitoring the decisions of the government in any country in order to protect the economic, social and political rights.
