The right of equal payment of work
It begins with a definition of this right through the international treaties like the international promise for social, cultural and economical rights and the treaty no 100 about salary equalization between labours. It shows that the article no 12 of the Egyptian constitution assert that the salary and work opportunities are the main features of the inclusive development plan. After that, it explains the decision of the high constitutional court towards this right and the rights of labours in having yearly or weekly vacations. Then it pushes the labours to ask for their right in suitable salaries and use all legal proceeds against violations.
