The right of social insurance
The pamphlet defines the social insurance as protection and care for all individual and their families. It shows the necessary role of the government in supporting citizens with social and medical insurance services as in article no 17 of the Egyptian constitution. After that, it discusses the effects of decisions of the high constitutional court and the Egyptian project of social insurance law on this right. It describes the principle of social insurance in Egypt as not inclusive yet. Finally, it explains how to achieve your right of social insurance through the law, constitution and international charters.
